  • How do I pay for my order? Back To Top We accept checks, major credit cards, and approved institutional PO's. If paying with a check or credit card, we require a 50% deposit before we can begin production and the balance due before we ship. If paying with a PO, payment is due upon receipt.

  • Does Jammin have a guarantee on its products? Back To Top Yes. We warrant every product we make to be free of manufacturer defects. Normal wear and tear, modifications, alterations, negligence, damage, and use for a purpose other than for which it was designed are not covered by our warranty. We will repair or replace all valid warranty claims. Items returned to us under warranty must be clean. By law, if an item sent to us is not clean, then cleaning charges must be assessed before a review can be made.

    Please make sure the garment is clean, as the law prohibits us from working on dirty items. We suggest shipping via UPS or FedEx so that the shipment can be tracked. Be sure to include a note in the package with your name, address, phone, email address, and a description of the problem. There will be a charge for repairs not covered by our warranty.

  • What is the biggest size you make? Back To Top Our standard sizing goes to 5X, but we can make something bigger if needed.
  • Can I order a jacket with longer or shorter sleeves? Back To Top Yes, jackets or parkas can be made with longer or shorter sleeves in one inch increments. There is a $10 sleeve alteration charge.
  • Can I order a jacket with a longer or shorter body? Back To Top We can make the body longer, but not shorter. Length can be added in one inch increments. There is a $10 body alteration charge.
  • Can I order my pants with a specific inseam? Back To Top Yes, in one inch increments. There is a $5 inseam alteration charge.
  • What if my pants are too long when I get them? Back To Top Return them to be shortened. There is a $10 inseam modification charge.
  • What if I order something and it doesn't fit? Can it be returned? Back To Top If the item has been decorated, no. Decorated items are custom made to order and cannot be returned. If an item has not been decorated, we will consider the return request on a case by case basis. Contact us for guidance.

We can send out a size range of product(s) similar to the style(s) you will be ordering. Or, you can place an order for a size range of items in the exact style(s) and color(s) you plan on ordering, and then those items can be used as part of your final order.

  • Can I have my jacket made with a different lining in the sleeves than in the body? Back To Top Yes. A common choice is micro fleece in the body with either taffeta or tricot in the sleeves.
  • Can I have my jacket made with a different weight of insulation in the sleeves than in the body? Back To Top Yes. A common choice is a heavier weight in the body and a lighter weight in the sleeves.
  • How do I care for my new Jammin warm-up? Back To Top Care depends on the fabric. Always read the care instructions provided in each garment. In general, we don't recommend dry cleaning any of our custom made products. Usually, we suggest you wash your items in cold water, and then tumble dry at a low or medium temperature. Items can also be hung to air dry. Never let a wet color-blocked item sit in a washer for an extended amount of time. Always remove it promptly and dry it immediately. If an item is embroidered, we suggest washing and drying it inside out.
